This Anderson Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a light crisp wine created to enjoy with friends and family. The fruit for this 2010 Meyer Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc was picked in the cool Mendocino Appellation of Anderson Valley. Aged in stainless steel and having gone through 100% malolactic fermentation this is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon it is the perfect accompaniment to summer. This Bordeaux style blend can be paired with white meats such as chicken, accompanied by a creamy sauce and spring vegetables such as asparagus and peas.
